1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lihsohova's services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Lihsohova provides legal advisory services including IP protection, Syariah compliance, and contract documentation for businesses in Malaysia. Our services are delivered remotely and in-person as agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information for all legal matters
• Pay fees as invoiced within 30 days
• Maintain confidentiality of legal advice received

4. Limitation of Liability

Lihsohova's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Lihsohova remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute without permission.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

Client data is processed in compliance with Malaysian data protection laws and GDPR where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with 30 days' notice in writing. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in Kuala Lumpur courts.
